Subscriptions begin when the New System Set-up Protocol is complete –or– 14 days after your initial order, whichever comes first (assuming the delay isn't on our end — if it is, it starts when the Protocol is complete, even if it's past 2 weeks.) Implementation of our New System Set-up Protocol relies on the timely delivery of your branding assets and completed System Set-up Form. A delay on our end may occur due to the volume of new Clients at one time; we'll be open and transparent about any delays if they occur.
